With its extremely rare position, directly on the shores of the spectacular Maroochy River, Avalon was the result of years of meticulous research, planning, and execution to deliver the ultimate in luxury coastal living.  

As custodians of such a special site, once home to formative Australian architect James Birrell, we worked tirelessly to capture the innovative and inspirational evolution of the region. At the same time, we wanted to completely redefine sophisticated living on the Sunshine Coast. Avalon is a singular collection of homes that delights the senses and nurtures mind, body and soul. But more than that, it is a vibrant community.   

We are incredibly proud of this landmark project and so very humbled by the overwhelmingly positive feedback from owners, stakeholders, and esteemed industry bodies. Ultimately, there is no more meaningful measure of success than the satisfaction of those who have placed their trust in us to deliver their new home.
